Exito Group is a Thai-registered AI consultancy based in Sathorn, Bangkok. We take organisations from "we should probably do something with AI" to systems running in production — built for Thai language, Thai platforms and Thai data-protection law.
Most organisations do not need all three, and almost nobody should start with the third.
Advisory and AI readiness
For teams that need a defensible answer to "where should AI actually go first?" before committing budget. We audit your data, systems and processes, then hand back a prioritised roadmap with effort and cost attached to each item — including the things we recommend you do not build.
Best when leadership is bought in but nobody can agree on scope.
Design and build
We design and ship the system: AI agents wired into your internal data, Thai-language chatbots on LINE and web, analytics platforms and executive dashboards, or automation that removes a manual process entirely. Production systems with monitoring and handover, not proof-of-concept demos.
Best when the use case is clear and you need it working.
Embedded AI team
We work as your AI function on a retained basis — running experiments, maintaining what is live, training your people to take it over, and saying no to the ideas that will not pay off. Suited to organisations that will keep shipping AI work for a year or more.
Best when AI is becoming permanent, not a project.
Why the Bangkok part matters
These are the four things that make AI work in Thailand different from AI work anywhere else — and the reason a partner on the ground here is worth more than a cheaper one abroad.
Thai is not a translation problem
Thai is written without spaces between words, so tokenisation, entity extraction and intent detection all behave differently from English. Models evaluated only on English degrade quietly on Thai rather than failing loudly. We test on real Thai from the first week, including the mixed Thai-English typing and informal spelling your customers actually use.
LINE is the conversation
In Thailand the customer relationship lives on LINE Official Account, not on web chat, WhatsApp or email. That changes the design: rich menus, push messaging limits, LINE Login identity, and how a bot hands over to a human agent. A chatbot architecture ported from a Western market usually has to be rebuilt here.
PDPA, not GDPR
Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act has its own consent, retention and cross-border transfer rules. Where model inference happens and where training data sits are compliance decisions, not just architecture decisions. We plan for that before the build, because retrofitting it is expensive.
Local systems rarely have clean APIs
Thai ERP and accounting packages, POS systems, bank payment files and government e-Tax formats are where most integration time actually goes. We scope this honestly up front instead of discovering it halfway through, which is the single most common reason AI projects in Thailand overrun.
What we build
Four service lines. Most engagements start with one and grow into a second.
AI Solutions & Agentic AI
We build enterprise AI and Agentic AI connected to your internal data and systems, from intelligent assistants to AI agents that automate real work.
We build Thai-language AI chatbots for customer service, sales and internal use that answer in context and connect to LINE, your website and your knowledge base.
We build analytics systems and custom executive dashboards that unify your data in one place and show your business in real time, tailored to how your organisation actually works.
Custom executive dashboards built around your needs
We use AI and marketing automation to level up online marketing, from customer segmentation and automated campaigns to data-driven measurement and optimization.
White-hat SEO that starts by making Google understand who you are, then goes after the terms that actually bring customers. We measure on non-branded search, not on numbers that look good in a report.
A good share of the companies that find this page are not in Thailand. They are usually a regional headquarters, a group with a Thai subsidiary, or a product team that needs Thai-language capability they cannot build in-house. We work in English end to end — scoping, documentation, code review and handover — while the Thai-language and local-integration work happens here. Contracts and invoicing run through a registered Thai company, which matters if your Thai entity needs the expense on its own books.

How an engagement runs
Scope and budget go in writing before any build work starts. No discovery invoices for work you did not agree to.
0130-45 min
Scoping call
You describe the problem, we tell you honestly whether AI is the right tool for it. Free, no commitment, and we will say so if the answer is a spreadsheet.
022-3 weeks
Assessment and roadmap
We look at your data, systems and processes, then return a prioritised plan with effort, cost and expected payoff for each item — plus what to skip.
034-12 weeks
Pilot and build
We build the highest-value item first and get it in front of real users early, so you learn from production rather than from a demo environment.
04Ongoing
Production and handover
Monitoring, iteration and training your team to run it. You own the code and the infrastructure — there is no lock-in to us.
How pricing works
We do not publish fixed packages, because scope varies enormously between organisations. Pricing follows how many systems need to be connected, the volume and quality of your data, how many users the system serves, and the level of support you want after launch. Advisory engagements are quoted as a fixed fee; build work is quoted per phase so you can stop after any phase. Everything is in writing before work begins.
Initial scoping and budget estimate are free, with no commitment.
Frequently asked questions
What does an AI consulting company in Bangkok actually do?
Two distinct things, and it is worth knowing which you are buying. Advisory work answers where AI should be applied and what it will cost — the output is a decision, not software. Delivery work designs and builds the system itself. Exito Group does both, but we will tell you if you only need the first one.
Do you only serve Bangkok, or all of Thailand?
All of Thailand, and the wider region. Our office is in Sathorn, Bangkok, which is where we meet clients in person, but delivery is remote-first and we have no geographic restriction. Most of the work does not require anyone to be in the same room.
Can you build AI that genuinely works in Thai?
Yes — it is the core of what we do. Thai-language AI is not English AI with a translation layer bolted on: word segmentation, intent detection and retrieval all need to be evaluated on Thai text directly, including informal spelling and mixed Thai-English input. We build and test on Thai from the start rather than validating in English and hoping it transfers.
We already have systems. Can AI be added without replacing them?
That is the usual situation and the usual approach. Most of our work connects to what you already run — ERP, CRM, POS, internal databases, LINE Official Account — through APIs or, where no API exists, through the integration path that is actually available. Replacing working systems to accommodate AI is rarely the right trade.
How is this different from hiring a software agency?
A software agency builds what you specify. The hard part of AI work is usually deciding what to specify: which processes are worth automating, where the data is good enough to support a model, and which ideas will not survive contact with production. We do that assessment first, and it frequently reduces the scope of the build.
How do you handle data privacy and PDPA?
Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act governs consent, retention and cross-border transfer of personal data. Because AI systems move data to wherever inference happens, those become architecture decisions. We agree the data-handling design with you before building, including whether processing stays in-country and what is retained.
How much does an AI project cost in Thailand?
It depends on integration count, data quality, user volume and support level, so any number quoted before scoping would be fiction. What we can commit to: the scoping call and initial estimate are free, build work is quoted per phase so you can stop at any phase boundary, and the written scope does not change without your agreement.
How quickly can we start?
A scoping call usually happens within a few days of contact. Assessment work can typically start within one to two weeks. Build work depends on current capacity, which we will tell you honestly at the scoping call rather than after you have committed.
Tell us the problem, not the technology
A 30-minute call is usually enough to tell whether AI is worth your budget here — and we will say so if it is not.
