CRM & Marketing Automation

CRM implementation your sales team will actually use

Most CRM projects do not fail because the software is bad — they fail because nobody uses it. We implement customer data and marketing automation designed around how your team really sells, instead of forcing a textbook process on them.

Signs your organization should start now

Customer knowledge lives in reps’ heads

When a rep leaves, the relationships go too. Contacts are spread across spreadsheets, personal LINE chats and business cards.

Nobody knows where deals stand

Getting a pipeline update means asking each rep individually, and you cannot forecast the month until it is over.

Past customers go quiet

You have a large existing customer base but no systematic follow-up, so they drift away unnoticed.

You bought a CRM and it went unused

You already invested once, but the team went back to spreadsheets because the system was tedious and did not match the real job.

What we deliver

CRM selection and implementation

We help decide whether an off-the-shelf CRM or a custom build fits, based on team size, budget and how complex your sales process is — then configure it ready to use.

Sales process design that matches reality

We shape the pipeline around how your team actually sells and keep required fields to the minimum, so reps adopt it instead of treating it as extra admin.

LINE OA and omnichannel integration

We connect LINE OA, your website, email and ad platforms to the CRM so every inbound enquiry becomes a record automatically — no manual entry, nothing lost.

Marketing automation

We set behaviour-based rules so the system follows up on its own — sending more information when a prospect stalls, or alerting a rep when a deal goes quiet too long.

AI segmentation and lead prioritization

We use your real data to group customers by behaviour and likelihood to close, so the team knows who to call first and what to offer each segment.

Sales reporting and forecasting

Pipeline, win rate and revenue forecast reports leadership can open any day, instead of waiting for a month-end summary.

What you can build with it

How we work

Transparent at every stage — you always know what you are paying for.

  1. 011–2 weeks

Understand how the team really sells

We sit with reps and sales managers, capture the real path from lead to close, and find out why the previous system went unused.

  2. 021–2 weeks

    System selection and design

We present options with trade-offs and long-run cost, then design the pipeline stages, data fields and access permissions.

  3. 033–6 weeks

    Setup, migration and integration

We configure the system, migrate and clean your existing customer data, connect LINE OA and your website, and set up automated follow-up.

  4. 04Ongoing

    Training and adoption

We train the sales team, watch real usage through the first month, and adjust based on feedback — because adoption is the only measure that matters.

How pricing works

We do not sell fixed packages, because scope varies enormously between organizations. Pricing is based on how many systems need to be connected, the volume and quality of your data, the number of users, and the level of post-launch support you want. We always put scope and budget in writing before work begins — no hidden costs along the way.

Free initial scoping and budget estimate, no commitment.

Technology we use

We pick tools to fit the problem, never locked to a single vendor.

Frequently asked questions

What does CRM stand for and what is it?

CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. In practice it is a system holding customer records, contact history and deal status in one place, so the whole team can see where each customer stands and what happens next.

How is a CRM different from Excel or an ERP?

Excel stores data but has no contact history, no reminders, and does not handle several people editing at once. An ERP focuses on back office — accounting, inventory, production — while a CRM focuses on the front office: selling and serving customers. Most organizations run both and connect them.

Why do so many CRM rollouts fail?

The most common reason is that the system was designed from a textbook rather than from how the team actually works, so reps enter a lot of data and get nothing back — and quietly return to spreadsheets. We start by observing the real sales process, minimize data entry, and make sure reps get something useful in return, like a daily list of who to follow up.

Can we migrate our existing customer data?

Yes. We migrate from Excel, Google Sheets or an existing CRM, cleaning as we go — merging duplicates, fixing phone formats and filling gaps. This usually takes longer than people expect, so we assess your data condition upfront.

Off-the-shelf CRM or custom build?

Usually off-the-shelf first, because it is faster to start and someone else maintains it. A custom build makes sense when your sales process is highly specific, when user counts make licence costs prohibitive, or when data must stay in house. We compare three-year total cost of both before you decide.

Can it connect to LINE OA?

Yes, and in the Thai market we recommend it, since most customers make contact through LINE. Once connected, anyone who messages you becomes a record automatically along with their conversation history, so reps pick up without re-asking for details.

How is pricing structured?

Two parts: the CRM licence, usually billed per user per month, and the implementation, which depends on how many channels are connected, how complex the process is, and how much data must be migrated. We lay out three-year total cost for each option before you commit.

Is customer data secure and PDPA compliant?

We build in consent capture before collecting data, define who can view customer records, log who viewed or changed what, set retention periods, and support customer requests to access or delete their data under PDPA.
